THE BATTLE FOR FLORIDA:

With the polls tighter than a speedo on a fat man at the beach, it's going to be a bloody battle for bragging rights as the GOP dukes it out in Florida.

Mittmentum spreads across the penninsula, pandering to every possible demographic:

While the GOP panders, the Dems are nowhere to be found in the rogue state of Florida.

Obama already is airing his national ad in the state.  Will any of the three break the wishes of the DNC and cross the state line to grab Florida's delegates?  Or will a certain spouse do the dirty work?

What Rudy! Should do after he drops out of the race by Kristen Breitweiser.

Rudy!’s horrible new campaign theme song: BEST OF BOTH WORLDS by Van Hagar, I mean, Halen.

Snubbed by the DNC, Florida Democrats are on a tear recruiting solid contenders  to extend Speaker Pelosi’s Sunshine State support.

Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) puts a hold on bill that ensures presidential records don’t stay hidden from the public.  Since a republican placed that hold, it’s guaranteed Harry Reid will honor it.  IOKIYAR to Reid.

Colorado Republican congressman about to be censured for kicking a reporter on the house floor.

TPM guru Josh Marshall has an excellent post upwhere he grapples with why he is bothered by President Clinton forcefully injecting himself into Hillary’s campaign.

OpenLeft catches Rick Santorum trashing John McCain on a train.  Funny.

Clinton still holds a sizeable national lead, but just ask Rudy about how those national numbers are holding up for him.  Turnout continues to clobber the GOP.  And is it just me, or are the top tier candidates sounding more and more like John Edwards every day? Either way, this is an exciting time to be a Democrat.
